6-8 week traffic safety
education courses are
available, and are geared more
towards teens. Classes meet
approximately 2-3 nights a week
for classroom study & 1-2 nights
a week for In-Car instruction.
The class is a total of 30 hours
and the In-Car instruction is a
total of 9 hours. Upon
completion, students receive a
Traffic Safety Education
Certificate. Please call for
current schedules or see our
applications under the location
you wish to attend. These
lessons do not require Learner’s
Permit or Driver’s License to
begin. Students receive Waiver
to obtain a learner's permit
without taking a knowledge test
at the Department of Licensing.
The waiver is only valid 10 days
prior to class starting date.
Each of our locations has a
separate application and the
cost is listed at the bottom. Be
sure to check our "e-specials"
to see what discounts we might
be offering.
Additional drive time is
available for the student
who takes our 6-8 week course.
Fee for extra drive time or
Drive #11 and beyond is $40 per
hour drive.
Miscellaneous Fees:
No-Show $35 single drives & $55
double drives, Lost Certificate
$20, Parent failure to pick up
student after drive or class
$30, One on One quizzing $35 per
half hour, Lost Text book $45.
Adult Lessons are 1 1/2
hours in-car instruction only.
Adult must be over the age of 18
and possess a Washington State
Learner’s Permit. We require a
minimum of 2 lessons, most
people use between 3-5 lessons.
The cost is $65 per 1 1/2 hour
lesson. Pick-up for Adult
Lessons is available for
additional $30 per lesson.
Evaluation Drives are 1
1/2 hours long. Student must
possess a Washington State
Learner’s Permit. We will
provide a written evaluation
upon completion. Cost is $85.
Driver Improvement Programs
are 2 hours long. This program
satisfies most court
requirements for traffic
infractions and may also entitle
discounts on insurance. Students
receive Certificate upon
completion. Students must
possess a valid Driver’s License
from any state. Cost is $85.
Car Rental for Department of
Licensing Tests. We require
the person to have had at least
one lesson with us or to have
completed our 6-8 week traffic
safety education course. Also
requires Washington State
Learner’s Permit. The cost is
$50
